(وَإِنْ اقْتَسَمَاهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَنَافِعَ (بِزَمَانٍ أَوْ مَكَان صَحَّ ذَلِكَ جَائِزًا) غَيْرَ لَازِمٍ، سَوَاءٌ عَيَّنَ مُدَّةً أَوْ لَا كَالْعَارِيَّةِ مِنْ الْجِهَتَيْنِ، وَلِكُلٍّ مِنْهُمَا الرُّجُوعُ مَتَى شَاءَ
