(وَكُلُّ مَنْ قُلْنَا هُوَ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُتَنَازَعُ فِيهِ؛ (فَهُوَ لَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ) لِاحْتِمَالِ صِدْقِ غَرِيمِهِ إنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِأَحَدِهِمَا بَيِّنَةٌ
