(وَتَدْبِيرُ رَقِيقٍ مَعَ تَنْجِيزٍ) عَتَقَ آخِرٌ بِمَرَضِ الْمَوْتِ الْمَخُوفِ (كَآخِرِ تَنْجِيزَيْنِ مَعَ أَسْبَقِهِمَا) لِأَنَّ التَّدْبِيرَ تَعْلِيقُ الْعِتْقِ بِالْمَوْتِ؛ فَوَجَبَ تَأَخُّرُهُ عَنْ الْمُنَجَّزِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ
