(وَتُقَدَّمُ) الْبَيِّنَةُ (النَّاقِلَةُ إذَا عُرِفَ أَصْلُ دِينِهِ فِيهِنَّ) ، أَيْ: فِي جَمِيعِ مَا سَبَقَ، لِأَنَّ مَعَهَا عِلْمًا لَمْ تُعْلِمْهُ الْأُخْرَى، كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ فِي نَظَائِرِهِ.
