(وَيَتَّجِهُ لَوْ قَالَ) لِزَوْجَتَيْهِ (إحْدَاكُمَا طَالِقٌ أَوْ) قَالَ لِرَقِيقِهِ أَحَدُكُمَا (حُرٌّ فَشَهِدَا عَلَيْهِ بِذَلِكَ، تُقْبَلُ) شَهَادَتُهُمَا (وَيُقْرَعُ) بَيْنَهُمَا، وَهُوَ اتِّجَاهٌ جَيِّدٌ مُوَافِقٌ لِلْقَوَاعِدِ.
