مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(إلَّا أَنْ تَشْهَدَ الْبَيِّنَتَانِ عَلَى أَلْفٍ بِعَيْنِهَا) أَيْ: بِأَنَّ الْأَلْفَ الَّذِي أَخَذَهُ أَحَدُهُمَا هُوَ الَّذِي أَخَذَهُ الْآخَرُ (فَيَطْلُبُهَا) الْوَلِيُّ (مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا) أَيْ: الْآخِذَيْنِ شَاءَ، لِأَنَّهَا مَضْمُونَةٌ عَلَى كُلٍّ مِنْهُمَا.
