(وَإِنْ قَضَاهُ نِصْفَ الدَّيْنِ، وَجَحَدَ الْبَاقِيَ ادَّعَى بِالْكُلِّ) نَصًّا (وَتَشْهَدُ بِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: بِالْكُلِّ (الْبَيِّنَةُ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: لِلْحَاكِمِ قَضَانِي نِصْفَهُ) نَقَلَهُ ابْنُ هَانِئٍ.
