(وَلَا يُشْتَرَطُ لِصِحَّتِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: التَّوْبَةِ (مِنْ نَحْوِ قَذْفٍ وَغِيبَةٍ إعْلَامُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمَقْذُوفَ وَالْمُغْتَابَ (وَالتَّحَلُّلُ مِنْهُ) قَالَ أَحْمَدُ: إذَا قَذَفَ ثُمَّ تَابَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ قَدْ قَذَفْتُك هَذَا يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ بَلْ قَالَ الْقَاضِي أَبُو يَعْلَى
