(لَوْ شَهِدَ عَلَى الْحَاكِمِ بِحُكْمِهِ مَنْ شَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ بِالْمَحْكُومِ فِيهِ الْأَظْهَرُ لَا تُقْبَلُ، فَلَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَشْهَدَ بِالْحُكْمِ مَنْ شَهِدَ بِالْحَقِّ الْمَحْكُومِ بِهِ) وَقَالَ: تَزْكِيَةُ الشَّاهِدِ رَفِيقَهُ فِي الشَّهَادَةِ لَا تُقْبَلُ
