(وَإِنْ شَهِدَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْعَدْلَانِ (عَلَى أَبِيهِمَا بِقَذْفِ ضَرَّةِ أُمِّهِمَا؛ وَهِيَ) أُمُّهُمَا (تَحْتَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: أَبِيهِمَا؛ قَبِلَا أَوْ شَهِدَا (عَلَيْهِ بِطَلَاقِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: ضَرَّةِ أُمِّهِمَا (قَبِلَا) لِأَنَّهَا شَهَادَةٌ عَلَى أَبِيهِمَا.
