(وَلَوْ شَهِدَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْعَدْلَانِ (بِطَلَاقِ أَمَتِهِمَا) الْمُزَوَّجَةِ أَوْ شَهِدَا (بِعَزْلِ وَكِيلِ زَوْجِهَا فِي طَلَاقِهَا؛ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ) شَهَادَتُهُمَا؛ لِلتُّهْمَةِ.
