(وَلَوْ لَمْ يُؤَدِّهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الشَّهَادَةَ مَنْ تَحَمَّلَهَا فَاسِقًا (حَتَّى تَابَ؛ قُبِلَتْ) لِأَنَّ الْعَدَالَةَ لَيْسَتْ شَرْطًا لِلتَّحَمُّلِ وَلَا تُهْمَةً.
