مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَنْ ادَّعَتْ إقْرَارَ زَوْجِهَا بِأُخُوَّةِ رَضَاعٍ) ؛ أَيْ: بِأَنَّهُ أَخُوهَا مِنْ رَضَاعٍ (فَأَنْكَرَ) الزَّوْجُ الْإِقْرَارَ بِهِ (لَمْ يُقْبَلْ فِيهِ إلَّا رَجُلَانِ) لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِمَالٍ، وَلَا يُقْصَدُ بِهِ الْمَالُ، وَيَطَّلِعُ عَلَيْهِ الرِّجَالُ غَالِبًا.
