(وَإِنْ ادَّعَتْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْخُلْعَ الزَّوْجَةُ (لَمْ يُقْبَلْ فِيهِ إلَّا رَجُلَانِ) لِأَنَّ مَقْصُودَهَا الْفَسْخُ، وَلَا يَثْبُتُ بِغَيْرِ رَجُلَيْنِ.
