(تَعْدِيلُ شَاهِدٍ لِرَفِيقِهِ) بَعْدَ شَهَادَتِهِ أَصْلًا كَانَ أَوْ فَرْعًا، لِإِفْضَائِهِ إلَى انْحِصَارِ الشَّهَادَةِ فِي أَحَدِهِمَا.
قَالَ ابْنُ نَصْرِ اللَّهِ: فَلَوْ كَانَ زَكَّاهُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ شَهِدَ؛ قُبِلَتْ شَهَادَتُهُمَا؛ لِانْتِفَاءِ التُّهْمَةِ إذَنْ.
