قَالَ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ " وَأَطْلَقَ جَمَاعَةٌ إذَا أَنْكَرَ الْأَصْلُ شَهَادَةَ الْفَرْعِ لَمْ يُعْمَلْ بِهَا، لِتَأَكُّدِ الشَّهَادَةِ، بِخِلَافِ الرِّوَايَةِ.
