(وَيَتَّجِهُ) صِحَّةُ الْحُكْمِ بِشَهَادَةِ الْفَرْعَيْنِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُسْتَوْفِي لِلشُّرُوطِ (وَلَا رُجُوعَ عَلَى مُسْتَوْفٍ حَقَّهُ) الثَّابِتَ بِشَهَادَتِهِمَا؛ إذْ لَا عِبْرَةَ بِإِنْكَارِ شَاهِدَيْ الْأَصْلِ الْإِشْهَادَ بَعْدَ الْحُكْمِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ. .
