(وَكَذَا حُكْمُ كُلِّ دَيْنٍ ثَابِتٍ عَلَى وَارِثٍ) إذَا أَقَرَّ الْمَرِيضُ بِبَرَاءَتِهِ لَا يُقْبَلُ إلَّا أَنْ يُقِيمَ الْمَدِينُ بَيِّنَةً بِأَخْذِهِ أَوْ إسْقَاطِهِ.
