(وَلَا يُقْبَلُ عَوْدُ مُقَرٍّ لَهُ إلَى دَعْوَاهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُقَرِّ لَهُ بِهِ؛ بِأَنْ رَجَعَ بِهِ، فَصَدَّقَ الْمُقِرَّ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُكَذِّبٌ لِنَفْسِهِ
