(وَلَا يُعْتَبَرُ فِي تَصْدِيقِ أَحَدِهِمَا) بِالْآخَرِ (تَكْرَارُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: التَّصْدِيقِ بِالسُّكُوتِ نَصًّا (فَيَشْهَدُ الشَّاهِدُ بِنَسَبِهِمَا بِدُونِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: تَكْرَارِ التَّصْدِيقِ بِالسُّكُوتِ.
