(وَإِنْ شَهِدَ مِنْهُمْ) ؛ أَيْ: الْوَرَثَةِ لِرَبِّ الدَّيْنِ أَوْ الْوَصِيَّةِ (عَدْلَانِ أَوْ عَدْلٌ؛ حَلَفَ مَعَهُ) رَبُّ الدَّيْنِ أَوْ الْوَصِيَّةِ (ثَبَتَ) الْحَقُّ؛ لِكَمَالِ نِصَابِهِ، كَمَا لَوْ شَهِدُوا عَلَى غَيْرِ مُورِثِهِمْ
