(وَشَرْطُ طَهَارَةِ مَحَلِّ رَاكِبٍ) ، مِنْ بَرْدَعَةٍ، وَسَرْجٍ، وَنَحْوِهِ، (وَعَدَمِ مُلَاقَاتِهِ) أَيْ: الرَّاكِبِ (لِنَجِسٍ، كَحِمَارٍ) وَبَغْلٍ، وَفِيلٍ، وَنَحْوِهِ، لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ اعْتِبَارِ طَهَارَةِ الْمَكَانِ.
