وَأَنَّهُ مَتَى شَخَصَ، وَلَمْ يَبْقَ بَينَهُ وَبَينَ الْمَوْتِ إلَّا نَفَسٌ وَاحِدٌ فَمَاتَ مَنْ أَوْصَى لَهُ بِوَصِيَّةٍ؛ فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ اسْتَحَقَّهَا، وَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ فِي تِلْكَ الْحَالِ أُقِيدَ بِهِ.
