مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(يَقْتَدِي) أَيْ: لَا يَأْتَمُّ مُجْتَهِدٌ (بِهِ) أَيْ: بِمُجْتَهِدٍ خَالَفَهُ جِهَةً، كَمَا لَوْ خَرَجَتْ رِيحٌ مِنْ أَحَدِ اثْنَيْنِ وَاعْتَقَدَ كُلٌّ مِنْهُمَا أَنَّهُ مِنْ الْآخَرِ، (إلَّا إنْ اتَّفَقَا عَلَى جِهَةٍ) وَاحِدَةٍ.
