(وَيُخَيَّرُ) جَاهِلٌ وَأَعْمَى وُجِدَا مُجْتَهِدَيْنِ فَأَكْثَرَ (مَعَ تَسَاوٍ عِنْدَهُ) ، بِأَنْ لَمْ يَظْهَرْ لَهُ أَفْضَلِيَّةُ وَاحِدٍ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ، فَيَتْبَعُ أَيَّهُمَا شَاءَ (كَ) مَا يُخَيَّرُ (عَامِّيٌّ فِي الْفُتْيَا) لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
