(وَ) إنْ صَلَّى الْأَعْمَى (بِدَلِيلٍ، كَلَمْسِ مِحْرَابٍ، وَبَابِ مَسْجِدٍ، فَلَا) إعَادَةَ عَلَيْهِ (إنْ أَصَابَ) .

وَعُلِمَ مِنْهُ أَنَّهُ لَوْ صَلَّى بِلَا دَلِيلٍ وَلَا مُخْبِرٍ، يُعِيدُ؛ لِأَنَّ فَرْضَهُ التَّقْلِيدُ، أَوْ الِاسْتِدْلَال، وَلَمْ يَفْعَلْ وَاحِدًا مِنْهُمَا.
