قَالَ فِي " الْآدَابِ الْكُبْرَى ": النَّوْمُ عَلَى الْقَفَا رَدِيءٌ يَضُرُّ الْإِكْثَارُ مِنْهُ بِالْبَصَرِ وَبِالْمَنِيِّ،

وَإِنْ اسْتَلْقَى لِلرَّاحَةِ بِلَا نَوْمٍ لَمْ يَضُرَّ، وَأَرْدَأُ مِنْهُ النَّوْمُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ.
