وَعَكْسُهُ إذَا بَانَ خِلَافُ ظَنَّهِ، لَا إنْ عَلِمَ لِتَلَاعُبِهِ،

(وَ) يَصِحُّ (عَكْسُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْأَدَاءِ بِنِيَّةِ الْقَضَاءِ، (إذَا بَانَ خِلَافُ ظَنِّهِ) ، كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
وَ (لَا) يَصِحُّ ذَلِكَ (إنْ عَلِمَ) أَوْ قَصَدَ مَعْنَاهُ الْمُصْطَلَحَ عَلَيْهِ، (لِتَلَاعُبِهِ) بِغَيْرِ خِلَافٍ نَعْلَمُهُ.
