مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ) صِحَّةُ قَلْبِ الْفَرْضِ نَفْلًا: (وَلَوْ) كَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ (بِوَقْتِ نَهْيٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ ابْتِدَاءً لِلصَّلَاةِ بِذَلِكَ الْوَقْتِ، وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ اسْتِدَامَةٌ لَهَا.

وَقَدْ يُغْتَفَرُ فِيهَا مَا لَا يُغْتَفَرُ فِي غَيْرِهَا.

وَمُقْتَضَى " شَرْحِ الْهِدَايَةِ " عَدَمُ الصِّحَّةِ، وَيَأْتِي.
