مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَنْقَلِبُ نَفْلًا مَا) أَيْ: فَرْضٌ (بَانَ عَدَمُهُ، كَ) مَا لَوْ أَحْرَمَ بِ (فَائِتَةٍ) يَظُنُّهَا عَلَيْهِ، فَتَبَيَّنَ أَنَّهُ (لَمْ تَكُنْ) عَلَيْهِ فَائِتَةٌ. (أَوْ) أَحْرَمَ بِفَرْضٍ، ثُمَّ تَبَيَّنَ أَنَّهُ (لَمْ يَدْخُلْ وَقْتُهُ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْفَرْضَ لَمْ يَصِحَّ، وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ مَا يُبْطِلُ النَّفَلَ.
