(وَإِنْ ظَنَّ) مَأْمُومٌ فَارَقَ إمَامَهُ (فِي صَلَاةِ سِرٍّ) كَظُهْرٍ (أَنْ إمَامَهُ قَرَأَ) الْفَاتِحَةَ (لَمْ يَقْرَأْ) أَيْ: لَمْ تَلْزَمْهُ الْقِرَاءَةُ إجْرَاءً لِلظَّنِّ مَجْرَى الْيَقِينِ.
