مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ تَرَكَهُ) ، أَيْ: التَّأْمِينَ (إمَامٌ) فِي جَهْرِيَّةٍ، (أَوْ أَسَرَّهُ) الْإِمَامُ فِيهَا، (أَتَى مَأْمُومٌ جَهْرًا) ؛ لِأَنَّ جَهْرَ الْمَأْمُومِ بِهِ سُنَّةٌ، فَلَا يَسْقُطُ بِتَرْكِ الْإِمَامِ لَهُ، كَتَرْكِ التَّعَوُّذِ، وَلِأَنَّهُ رُبَّمَا نَسِيَهُ الْإِمَامُ فَيَجْهَرُ بِهِ الْمَأْمُومُ لِيَذْكُرَهُ، فَيَأْتِيَ بِهِ.
