(وَمَنْ صَلَّى وَتَلَقَّفَ الْقِرَاءَةَ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ، صَحَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ) ، لِأَنَّهُ أَتَى بِفَرْضِ الْقِرَاءَةِ، أَشْبَهَ الْقَارِئَ مِنْ حِفْظِهِ، أَوْ مِنْ مُصْحَفٍ.

وَالتَّلَقُّفُ: التَّنَاوُلُ بِسُرْعَةٍ.

وَإِنَّمَا اُعْتُبِرَ سُرْعَةُ التَّنَاوُلِ لِئَلَّا تَفُوتَ الْمُوَالَاةُ.
