مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِلَّا) يَكُنْ عُذْرٌ (كُرِهَ بِقِصَارِهِ فِي فَجْرٍ) .

نَصَّ عَلَيْهِ لِمُخَالَفَةِ السُّنَّةِ.

وَ (لَا) تُكْرَهُ الْقِرَاءَةُ (بِطِوَالِهِ فِي مَغْرِبٍ) .

نَصَّ عَلَيْهِ لِلْخَبَرِ. «أَنَّهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -، قَرَأَ فِيهَا بِالْأَعْرَافِ» ، وَالسُّورَةُ وَإِنْ قَصُرَتْ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ بَعْضِ سُورَةٍ.
