(وَفِي) قِرَاءَةِ صَلَاةِ (نَفْلٍ) لَيْلًا (يُرَاعِي الْمَصْلَحَةَ) فَإِنْ كَانَ بِحَضْرَتِهِ، أَوْ قَرِيبًا مِنْهُ، مَنْ يَتَأَذَّى بِجَهْرِهِ، أَسَرَّ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَنْ يَنْتَفِعُ بِجَهْرِهِ، جَهَرَ.
