مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(ثُمَّ يَنْهَضُ) قَائِمًا فِي صَلَاةِ (مَغْرِبٍ، وَرُبَاعِيَّةٍ) كَظُهْرٍ (مُكَبِّرًا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ انْتِقَالٌ إلَى قِيَامٍ، فَأَشْبَهَ الْقِيَامَ مِنْ سُجُودِ الْأُولَى. (وَلَا يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ) لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُنْقَلْ فِي كَثِيرٍ مِنْ الرِّوَايَاتِ، وَلَكِنَّهُ صَحَّ فِي بَعْضِ الطُّرُقِ.
