(وَيَجِبُ) الْكَلَامُ عَلَى مَنْ فِي الْخَلَاءِ كَغَيْرِهِ (لِتَحْذِيرِ مَعْصُومٍ) مِنْ هَلَكَةٍ كَأَعْمَى وَغَافِلٍ، يُحَذِّرُهُ مِنْ بِئْرٍ وَحَيَّةٍ وَنَحْوِهَا، لِأَنَّ مُرَاعَاةَ حِفْظِ الْمَعْصُومِ أَهَمُّ.
