(وَ) كُرِهَ (مَسُّ فَرْجٍ بِيَمِينٍ مُطْلَقًا) حَالَ الِاسْتِنْجَاءِ وَغَيْرِهِ. (وَ) كُرِهَ (اسْتِجْمَارٌ بِهَا) - أَيْ: يَدِهِ الْيُمْنَى - (بِلَا حَاجَةٍ) ،
