مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَتَكْرَارُ) الـ (فَاتِحَةِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُنْقَلْ، وَخُرُوجًا مَنْ خِلَافِ مَنْ أَبْطَلَهَا بِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا رُكْنٌ، وَالْفَرْقُ بَيْنَ الرُّكْنِ الْقَوْلِيِّ وَالْفِعْلِيِّ: أَنَّ تَكْرَارَ الْقَوْلِيِّ لَا يَخِلُّ بِهَيْئَةِ الصَّلَاةِ. (وَاقْتِصَارٌ عَلَيْهَا) أَيْ: الْفَاتِحَةِ.
