(وَكُرِهَ) لِمُصَلٍّ (افْتِتَاحُهُ عَلَى غَيْرِ إمَامِهِ) مُصَلِّيًا كَانَ الْمُرْتَجُّ عَلَيْهِ أَوْ لَا لِعَدَمِ الْحَاجَةِ إلَيْهِ.
وَلَا تَبْطُلُ الصَّلَاةُ بِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ قَوْلٌ مَشْرُوعٌ فِيهَا.
