مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَتُجْزِئُ سُتْرَةٌ نَجِسَةٌ) صَوَّبَهُ فِي " الْإِنْصَافِ " وَ (لَا) تُجْزِئُ سُتْرَةٌ (مَغْصُوبَةٌ) ؛ فَتُكْرَهُ الصَّلَاةُ إلَيْهَا، كَمَا تُكْرَهُ الصَّلَاةُ إلَى الْقَبْرِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا كَالْبُقْعَةِ الْمَغْصُوبَةِ، وَسُتْرَةُ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ كَذَلِكَ، قِيَاسًا عَلَى السُّتْرَةِ الْمَغْصُوبَةِ.
