وتَغَوُّطٌ بِمَاءٍ وَلَوْ جَارِيًا أَوْ كَثِيرًا لَا كَبَحْرٍ أَوْ مُعَدٍّ لِذَلِكَ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) حَرُمَ (تَغَوُّطٌ بِمَاءٍ وَلَوْ جَارِيًا) ، قَلِيلًا كَانَ (أَوْ كَثِيرًا) كَرَاكِدٍ، لِأَنَّهُ يُقَذِّرُهُ، وَيَمْنَعُ النَّاسَ الِانْتِفَاعَ بِهِ.

وَ (لَا) يَحْرُمُ التَّغَوُّطُ فِي مَاءٍ كَثِيرٍ جِدًّا (كَبَحْرٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا تُعَكِّرهُ الْجِيَفُ، (أَوْ) فِي مَاءٍ (مُعَدٍّ لِذَلِكَ) كَالْمَاءِ الْجَارِي فِي مَطَاهِرِ دِمَشْقَ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسْتَعْمَلُ عَادَةً.
