مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) يَحْرُم بَوْلٌ وَتَغَوُّطٌ (عَلَى مَا نُهِيَ عَنْ اسْتِجْمَارٍ بِهِ: كَرَوْثٍ) وَعَظْمٍ، (وَمُتَّصِلٍ بِحَيَوَانٍ كَذَنْبِهِ) وَيَدِهِ وَرِجْلِهِ، (وَ) عَلَى (يَدِ مُسْتَجْمِرٍ) ، وَعَلَى مَالِهِ حُرْمَةً كَمَطْعُومِ لِآدَمِيٍّ أَوْ بَهِيمَةٍ، لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ أَبْلُغُ مِنْ الِاسْتِجْمَارِ بِهَا فِي التَّقْذِيرِ، فَيَكُونُ أَوْلَى بِالتَّحْرِيمِ.
