قَالَ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ ": (وَ) ظَاهِرُ كَلَامِهِمْ: (لَا يُعْتَبَرُ قُرْبُهُ مِنْ حَائِلٍ) كَمَا لَوْ كَانَ فِي بَيْتٍ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُعْتَبَرُ قُرْبُهُ مِنْ جِدَارِهِ [فَصْلٌ مَا يُسَنُّ لِمُتَخَلٍّ إذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ حَاجَتِهِ] (فَصْلٌ)
