(وَيُجْزِئُ اسْتِجْمَارٌ فِي بَوْلِ ثَيِّبٍ تَعَدَّى مَخْرَجَ حَيْضٍ كَبِكْرٍ) نَصًّا، صَحَّحَهُ الْمَجْدُ فِي " شَرْحِ الْهِدَايَةِ " لِأَنَّهُ مُعْتَادٌ كَثِيرًا، وَالْعُمُومَاتُ تُعَضِّدُهُ وَاخْتَارَهُ فِي مَجْمَعِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ " وَ " الْحَاوِي الْكَبِيرِ ".
