(سُنَّةَ مُسْتَاكٌ بِغَيْرِ عُودٍ) كَمَنْ اسْتَاك بِأُصْبُعِهِ أَوْ خِرْقَةٍ - عَلَى الْمَذْهَبِ - لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَحْصُلُ بِهِ الْإِنْقَاءُ الْحَاصِلُ بِالْعُودِ.
