مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) لِغَيْرِ الْعَبْدِ، فَلَيْسَ أَوْلَى مِنْ (سَيِّدِهِ بِبَيْتِهِ) بَلْ السَّيِّدُ أَوْلَى، لِوِلَايَتِهِ عَلَى صَاحِبِ الْبَيْتِ. (وَكُلُّ ذِي سُلْطَانٍ أَوْلَى مِنْ جَمِيعِ نُوَّابِهِ) ، لِحَدِيثِ «لَا يَؤُمَّنَّ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فِي سُلْطَانِهِ»
