(فَتَصِحُّ) الصَّلَاةُ (خَلْفَ إمَامٍ لَا يَعْرِفُهُ) أَيْ: يَجْهَلُ عَدَالَتَهُ وَفِسْقَهُ، إذْ لَمْ يَتَبَيَّنْ الْحَالُ، وَلَمْ يَظْهَرْ مِنْهُ مَا يَمْنَعُ الِائْتِمَامَ بِهِ؛ لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ السَّلَامَةُ،
