مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا) تَصِحُّ (إمَامَةُ سَكْرَانَ) ، لِأَنَّ صَلَاتَهُ لَا تَصِحُّ لِنَفْسِهِ، فَلَا تَصِحُّ لِغَيْرِهِ، (فَإِنْ سَكِرَ فِي أَثْنَائِهَا) ، أَيْ الصَّلَاةِ، (بَطَلَتْ) لِبُطْلَانِ طَهَارَتِهِ.
