(وَإِنْ قَالَ) إمَامٌ (مَجْهُولٌ حَالُهُ بَعْدَ سَلَامِهِ: هُوَ كَافِرٌ) وَالْعِيَاذُ بِاَللَّهِ. (وَيَتَّجِهُ) ب (احْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ: (أَوْ) قَالَ لِمَنْ صَلَّى خَلْفَهُ: هُوَ (فَاسِقٌ) ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ، (وَإِنَّمَا صَلَّى تَهَزِّيًّا، أَعَادَ مَأْمُومٌ) صَلَاتَهُ كَمَنْ ظَنَّ كُفْرَهُ أَوْ حَدَثَهُ، فَبَانَ بِخِلَافِهِ، لِاعْتِقَادِهِ بُطْلَانَ صَلَاتِهِ.
